ALLAHYARHAM TUAN GURU HJ.ABDUL WAHID BIN OTHMAN is the founder of the Permata Hati PAYASUM on the early 40's . He created the PAYASUM for all the Muslim boys and girls who are orphanage and have hardship with their parents.
